her secrets and ‘tour de main’ gained from her experience in michelin starred french restaurant. you’ll learn how to make the perfect macaroon, from how to colour it, shape it, bake it and assemble it. you will also learn how to make various flavours including chocolate and passion fruit, raspberry, caramel & salted butter, and lemon & basil.

join diane for a masterclass in sweet delights. learn how to create coffee mousse, chocolate & nougatine cookies, mini lemon tart with meringue topping, sablés (biscuits) from britanny, and lavender panacotta. The perfect ending to a meal, or equally stunning served on their own with a cup of tea.

join diane for a masterclass in stylish treats, guaranteed to add extra finesse to teatime entertaining. recipes include opera (layer cake with mocha, chocolate and génoise), pithiviers (puff pastry filled with frangipane) and gâteau basque, a recipe from the south west of france made of shortcrust pastry, pastry cream and cherry jam.
